We do not advise on criminal cases.
During clinic sessions, we can:
Help clients understand their legal rights;
Explain legal concepts; explain documents or paperwork;
Provide advice on negotiating a dispute;
Recommend action steps to resolve legal issues;
Help clients prepare for self-representation**; and, direct you to additional resources.
* GSA uses the Federal Poverty Guidelines to determine eligibility for services.
